One question first

Are you of legal drinking age?

CYRUS makes wines, spirits, and beers. Before you come in, we have to ask — most of the EU and the UK draw the line at 18, a handful of countries at 16 for beer and wine. If you're at or above the threshold where you live, click yes.

Please drink responsibly. We don't market to minors, and we'd rather you come in legally than not at all.

Horeca

On your bar list. On your wine card.

CYRUS sells direct to a curated set of restaurants, hotels, and cafés across the EU and UK. We don't go through wholesalers, which keeps margins better on your end and lets us stay close to the people who pour our bottles.

What an approved account includes

Wholesale pricing

Between 35–42% off retail depending on volume tier and product mix. Pricing is reviewed annually; mid-year increases only when external costs (glass, grain, shipping) move by more than 8%.

Sample programme

Two sample bottles per quarter free of charge, your choice from the active range. Designed for staff tasting and menu development — not for resale or guest use.

Floor-team training

One 90-minute training session per year at your venue, free, led by our cellar master. Covers tasting notes, pairing logic, and the brand story. Additional sessions at €350 each.

Direct line

A named contact at CYRUS for re-orders, menu integration, and event tie-ins. Response time inside one working day, every weekday.

Returnable cases

Empty wooden gift cases credited back at 100% on your next invoice when returned to our warehouse — a small commitment to reducing waste in the trade chain.

Minimums and order cadence

Opening order: 36 bottles minimum, mixed range allowed. We invoice with 14-day terms from despatch.

Re-orders: 12 bottles minimum, no maximum. Standing-order discount of 4% available for accounts that commit to a quarterly minimum.

How to apply

Apply through the business portal. Applications are reviewed monthly; we look for venues that fit the brand — a serious wine list, a bartender who cares about provenance, a kitchen that uses real ingredients. We turn down more applications than we accept, and we say so clearly when we do.
