Ingredients

  1. Water
  2. Barley malt
  3. Hops
  4. Iranian saffron threads
  5. Top-fermenting yeast

Contains barley (cereals containing gluten).

How we serve it

Pour gently into a tulip glass at 6–8 °C. Let the bottle settle for an hour after the fridge so the small saffron lees stay in the bottom of the bottle.

Pairs with

  • Pistachio-crusted lamb
  • Mezze with grilled aubergine
  • Aged goat cheese on rye

Storage

Store upright, cool and dark. Drink within twelve months — the saffron is brightest in the first six.
