Iranian saffron threads macerated for the infusion, then distilled in copper alongside juniper, orris, coriander, cardamom, and the dried zest of bitter orange. The result is unmistakable: amber where most gins are clear, the saffron’s honey-and-leather warmth rounding juniper into something less austere. Drinks neat over a single rock, glows in a martini, generous in a long G&T.

Contains no declarable allergens under EU 1169/2011. Distilled in a facility that also handles bottle washes with citrus oils.
How we serve it
Over a single large rock with premium tonic and a long curl of orange peel. Holds its own in a martini at 5:1, stirred over hard ice.

Storage
Store upright, away from direct light. Once opened, drink within twelve months — saffron is bright when fresh and dulls into hay after a year on the shelf.
