Ingredients

  1. Winter wheat spirit
  2. Iranian saffron threads (premium infusion)
  3. Spring water

Distilled from wheat; the distillation process removes gluten proteins. Not certified gluten-free.

How we serve it

Neat from the freezer in a thin shot glass, or stirred into a vesper at 3:1 with a curl of lemon. The saffron is the point — taste it on the swallow.

Storage

Keep in the freezer once opened. Drink within eighteen months for best aroma; the saffron mellows slowly thereafter.
