Signature CYRUS red · 750 ml · 13.5% vol. · Vintage 2023Named for the ancient city of Shiraz, the spiritual home of the grape the New World calls Shiraz and the Old World Syrah. Single-vintage red, aged in French oak, bottled unfiltered. Deep ruby with a violet rim. Blackberry, black pepper, dried thyme, and a wisp of woodsmoke on the nose; round on the palate, dry close, fine slow tannins. Pair with grilled lamb, aged Manchego, or saffron rice with pomegranate molasses.

How we serve it
Decant 30 minutes before serving. Drink at 16–18 °C alongside substantial mains — game, lamb, aged hard cheeses, anything that wants a peppery red.
