Shipping
From Amsterdam, in small parcels, on weekdays.
We ship every order from our warehouse in Amsterdam-Noord. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave the cellar that same afternoon. Anything later goes out the next morning.
Every bottle ships in a moulded-pulp insert inside a double-walled outer carton. We have broken less than 0.4% of bottles in transit over the last year. When we do, we replace or refund the same week — no photos, no forms.

Free over €100
Orders of €100 or more ship free anywhere in the EU. Free shipping kicks in at €150 for the UK, Switzerland, and Norway — duties and taxes are pre-paid by us in every case, so what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Cyrus Club members get free shipping on every order, plus a free upgrade to Express where the carrier offers it.
Age verification on delivery
Dutch law (and the equivalent in every country we ship to) requires us to verify the recipient is of legal drinking age at the moment of handover. The carrier checks ID on delivery; if no one of age is home, they leave a note and you can reschedule for free.
We can't drop alcoholic deliveries with neighbours or in parcel lockers — please choose a delivery window that works for someone 18+ to sign for it.
Tracking
Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You'll get a despatch email with the tracking link the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse, and another from the carrier when it's out for delivery. Tracking is also visible on your account order page any time you sign in.
Where we don't ship (yet)
Outside the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Norway, we don't ship direct — alcohol customs and destination duties make smaller parcels uneconomical. If you live further afield and want a case, write to us and we'll either point you to a local stockist or quote a custom freight rate.
